First thing first: we watched Thor and Iron Man 2 out of order by accident. Secondly, this is my favorite Iron Man film. I believe the switch from Terrance Howard to Don Cheadle to play the role of “Rhodey” was an incredible move. The scene towards the end with Iron Man and War Machine fighting together is one of my favorite scenes in the entire MCU. I think the story of revenge for Ivan Vanko was a great way to go with this film and I thought it was carried out very nicely. John Favreau did a phenomenal job with the first two films.
