Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man is, hands down, my favorite character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He’s snarky, quick-witted, brilliant and a bit of a dick. This film was just the tip of the iceberg for this character and for his story. Similar to CA: TFA, this film possessed just the right amount of comedy to keep the story going and to avoid it from getting boring. This is my favorite origin film in the MCU; I believe they properly touched all necessary bases (considering I’ve never read a single comic book) in order for a superhero fan to enjoy. One thing I absolutely love about superhero movies is the action. If I had to complain about something, it would be that there wasn’t as much action as there probably could have been. With that being said, I think the story was good enough and flowed well enough that the lack of action seemed unimportant. http://m.imdb.com/title/tt0371746/
